SOFTWARE-ONLY SERVICE MODEL
Haulsplice is a software platform for freight operations and charges only a service/software-access fee; fees paid to Haulsplice are software-access fees, not freight charges. Haulsplice is not a motor carrier, freight broker, shipper, or transportation provider. Haulsplice does not handle or process freight transactions, negotiate or contract underlying loads, receive or transmit freight payments, take possession of cargo, arrange shipping or receiving, or guarantee transactions, capacity, pickup, delivery, payment, or cargo condition. Customers retain responsibility for their transportation contracts, carrier selection, licensing, insurance, rates, payments, cargo, shipping, receiving, and legal compliance.
